Change of Personal Account Information

Residential address changes

To change your registered address, you are required to provide a valid proof of address (such as a bank statement or utility bill) displaying your full name & residential address, issued within the last 3 months. 

Phone number changes

To change your phone number, instructions must come from your account registered email.

Email address changes

If your registered email address is no longer available or you simply want to change, you are required to send us a photo/selfie of yourself, holding a copy of a valid photo ID and a dated authorization paper stating:

“I give authority to change my primary email from old registered email address to new email address”.
